I became obsessed with coffee during the pandemic. It was to the point where I couldn't share my enthusiasm with others. The number of strange looks given to me made me feel as though it was wrong to enjoy something so deeply. After 6 years of brewing coffee nearly every day I realized I've learned a lot and have much to share, despite the looks. From v60 pourover to the infinite possibilities of the aeropress. From an italian mokapot to a seasoned french press. I have brewed in every which way imagineable and am here to share my tips, leave reviews of products, and make sincere recommendations for the best of the best on all things coffee.
Of course, what does coffee pair with better than anything? A quiet morning and an open book.
Something about the morning brews opportunity for discipline and greatness. Productivity and the desire to better yourself for the future. The coffee tips and recipes will be accompanied by daily inspiration and roads to personal growth. My hope is that someone out there can find the same value I find in the balance between slowing down and increasing productivity.
