Years ago when I starting developing an affinity for coffee I had no clue just how deep the roots ran. It's the common trope of "if only I knew then what I know now". If that were the case I'd be years ahead. I'd have a refined palette of knowledge and manufactured experience, but alas I am stuck in this version; the version who didn't have a barista encyclopedia to help with all the questions.
